It is a quest that becomes impossible to navigate, without enlisting the help of the most whimsical characters imaginable…. ‘GROVER’S FIELD’ hearkens back to classic childhood adventures, where friendships form in unlikely places, and nothing should be judged too quickly… It is a story of a journey through the fantastic worlds that exist beneath our feet, and inside our hearts.

Although I contributed stories and the workout routine used to build the physique seen on the action/adventure television series, I am not the author of the final product (and have distanced myself from it). . . This book is NOT intended as an instructional manual, nor does it claim this program will work for anyone else. This book was simply a friends attempt at answering the familiar questions, but missed the mark.
