While art has always been a part of my life, it blossomed in the mid-80s, when my world was suddenly filled with creative inspiration (pictured: 1985 mural I painted on our living room wall).
I began sculpting small caricatures, which led to celebrity commissions and pieces depicted on shows like AM Los Angeles, KTLA Morning Show, PM Magazine, etc.. In 1986 I was awarded “Sculptor to the Stars” by the SCMPC.
Another creative wave in the early 90s (thanks to my art mentor Joel Barbee), transformed my style to lighthearted.
