Art is subjective, so it’s for others to decide if my creations appealed to them.

I had/have fun with them, so I share.

All creatives should.

JUST A CHEESY BLIP ON THE ENTERTAINMENT RADAR—BUT WHAT A WONDERFUL BLIP IT WAS.

I carry a VERY deep respect for the art of acting and those who make a career of it… It had always been a sanctuary for me—breathing life into colorful characters and exploring their fantastical worlds. My adventures began with “Romper Room” in the 60s—then with stage plays and making my own 8mm animations and shorts in the 70s. Acting became a career when my best friend and I sat down to contemplate what path to take in the entertainment industry. Our original choice was music, but it quickly changed to television and film when four precise ambitions turned into obsessions.

With my best friend/brother, Trevor Goddard (RIP).

We achieved those ambitions, but I walked away from it all in 2003 and fell back into a life as a reclusive artist. The reasons were personal, but time has turned tragedy into reflection, and all of the colorful characters, red carpet premiers, and the emotional roller coaster we created, have become precious memories.

The fact I became a sidekick to one of my childhood comic book heroes, proves the adage: “Never be afraid to follow your dreams”.

The video below depicts a few of the characters.

“The curtain was drawn, but not sealed. If there’s ever a return, it will be for something that matters.”
